What size festivals can you cater for?

Is your equipment weather-proof?
Yes. All outdoor equipment is designed for UK weather conditions. We carry wet-weather contingency plans and covered options for every booking.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (June–September), we recommend 3–6 months. Smaller events can often be accommodated with 4–6 weeks notice.
Do you provide staff on the day?
Yes. All bookings include trained, uniformed crew for setup, operation, and breakdown. For larger events we provide a dedicated on-site production manager.
Can you handle multiple entertainment zones?
Absolutely. We regularly manage multi-zone festival layouts with different entertainment in each area — from a silent disco stage to a zorbing field and food court.
Do you provide risk assessments and insurance documents?
Yes. We provide full risk assessments, method statements, and £10m public liability insurance certificates for every booking.
Can we mix and match services?
Yes — most of our festival bookings are bespoke combinations. Tell us your brief and budget and we'll build the right package.

Yes — silent disco is one of our most popular festival services. We offer headset packages from 50 to 500+ units, with multiple channels for different music genres.
How long does setup take?
Setup times vary by service. Zorbing and inflatable nightclubs typically take 1.5–2 hours. We always arrive well in advance of your event start time.
Can you provide entertainment for multi-day festivals?
Yes. We offer multi-day hire packages with overnight equipment storage and crew accommodation for longer events.
