We recommend 3–6 months for weddings and large events, especially during peak season (May–September). That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings — just get in touch and we'll do our best.
Yes. We're based in Oxfordshire but regularly deliver events in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leeds, and everywhere in between. Travel is included in most quotes.
Everything. Delivery, setup, professional operation, and pack-down. Plus £5M public liability insurance, PAT-tested equipment, and a dedicated event coordinator. No hidden fees.
Absolutely. While we offer set packages for convenience, most clients create bespoke combinations. Tell us your vision and budget, and we'll build the perfect package.
We carry backup equipment to every event and our team is trained to handle any situation. In the rare event of an issue, we have contingency plans so your event runs smoothly regardless.
50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due one month before your event. We accept bank transfer and card payments, and can arrange payment plans for larger bookings.
