We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large events, especially for peak season (May-September). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Yes! We cover the entire UK. Our base is in Oxfordshire, but we regularly travel to London, Manchester, Birmingham, and everywhere in between. Travel costs are included in most quotes.
All our quotes include delivery, setup, operation, and collection. We also include public liability insurance (£5M), PAT tested equipment, and a dedicated event coordinator.
Absolutely! While we offer set packages for convenience, we love creating bespoke solutions. Tell us your vision and budget, and we'll put together something perfect for your event.
We carry backup equipment to every event and our team is trained to handle any situation. In the rare event of an issue, we have contingency plans in place to ensure your event continues smoothly.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due one month before your event. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and can arrange payment plans for larger bookings.
