Everything you need to know about working with us
We recommend 3-6 months for weddings and large events, especially during peak season (May-September). We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
Yes. We're based in Oxfordshire but cover the entire UK. Travel is included in most quotes for events within England and Wales.
All quotes include delivery, setup, operation, and collection. We also include £5m public liability insurance, PAT tested equipment, and a dedicated coordinator.
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due one month before your event. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
