How many guests can each trailer accommodate?
As a guide: 2+1 trailer suits up to 100 guests, 3+1 suits 100–200, and 4+2 suits 200–400. We'll recommend the right size based on your event duration and guest count.
Do you service the units during the event?
Yes — all our luxury toilet hire packages include an attendant who services the units throughout your event, restocking supplies and keeping everything pristine.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 weeks in advance for weddings and large events. Summer dates book up quickly, so earlier is always better.
Do the trailers need a power supply?
Yes, our luxury trailers require a 16A or 32A power supply. We can arrange a generator if mains power isn't available at your venue.
Can the trailers be positioned anywhere?
Trailers need vehicle access and a level surface. We'll advise on positioning when you book — most outdoor venues are suitable.
Are luxury toilets suitable for winter weddings?
Absolutely. Our trailers are fully heated and climate controlled, making them comfortable year-round.
