Do you provide alcohol or do we supply it?
Both options available. We can provide a fully stocked bar, or you supply your own alcohol and we provide the bar, staff, and equipment (dry hire).
Are your bar staff licensed?
Yes, all our bar staff hold personal licences and we carry full public liability insurance. We can also apply for temporary event notices if needed.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly options. Just let us know your requirements when booking.
How much space do you need for a mobile bar?
A standard mobile bar needs approximately 3m x 2m. We'll discuss your venue specifics during the planning process to ensure a perfect fit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4-8 weeks for corporate events and 3-6 months for weddings. We do accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
What's included in the price?
All quotes include setup, breakdown, staffing, equipment, and travel within a reasonable distance. Drinks packages are itemised separately so you only pay for what you need.
Do you cover outdoor events?
Yes. Our mobile bars and catering setups are designed for both indoor and outdoor events. We have weatherproof options and can advise on power requirements.
